Set RTCP monitoring to enabled and add full 10 digit CID in hunt group SIP tab. Tested and verified working with customer on 2 calls to main hunt group from the outside.
Twinning not working usually when SIP tab is misconfigured on user or hunt group or in SIP line settings.
Also must set firewall in network topology to static port block.
